Hello, I received excellent advice and wore the running shoes every day. I'm so thrilled and glad I listened to their recommendation because my feet felt better immediately (I have a heel spur). Now, after six months, I had a small problem with the shoes. They responded immediately, sent the shoes in, and the problem was resolved within a week. Therefore, 5 stars!

Unfortunately, the sales staff, once again, showed absolutely no interest in selling me a pair of shoes for €170. They did ask politely if they could help, but when I replied that I was looking for running shoes, they turned around and walked away. Even though I was the only customer in the shoe department, they ignored me completely, preferring to chat with their colleagues and eat ice cream. The first time they showed no interest in serving me, I thought I'd just caught them on a bad day. Sadly, I was wrong. So next time, I'll order online.

🇩🇪: Ich habe euren Laden be sucht, um nach Fußballschuhen zu suchen, und war mit der Auswahl sehr zufrieden! Das Modell, das ich gekauft habe, sitzt perfekt und fühlt sich hochwertig an. Einzig das Personal wirkte etwas zurückhaltend – ein wenig mehr Freundlichkeit und Engagement hätten das Einkaufserlebnis noch angenehmer gemacht. Insgesamt hat der Laden aber einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen, und ich denke, ich werde wiederkommen! 🇬🇧: I visited your store looking for soccer cleats and was pleased with my choice! The pair I purchased fits perfectly and feels high-quality. The only thing is, the staff seemed a bit reserved—a little more friendliness and engagement would have made the shopping experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the store left a good impression, and I think I'll be back.

I bought my ski jacket in this store. Every seller that talked to me was super helpful, polite, and had a lot of knowledge about the products. The prices were reasonable. E definitely recommend the store.

Ms. B. saw my feet and got me three pairs. They all fit perfectly right away. She gave me excellent and unobtrusive advice afterward. I've never gotten new shoes so quickly.
