As a hobby mechanic, I rarely need a bike shop. But when I do, Küchler is my first choice. They often have many parts in stock (which are difficult or impossible to find online) and they're incredibly friendly.

Excellent advice with plenty of patience. The trade-in of my old bike was handled smoothly. Friendly staff, and the workshop was also very competent and friendly.

We've now purchased our third eBike here. The owners and staff are always very courteous and helpful. As always, with my recent purchase of a new eBike, they took plenty of time to advise me and even test ride it. The modifications I requested were made immediately. It was personally delivered to my home two days after purchase, and I also received a briefing. We enjoy coming back and can only recommend this company. Here, the customer is still king, not just a number.

Services was quite good, very friendly. But bikes were quite expensive and not too many options

I emailed Küchler Cycles a few weeks ago requesting three bike boxes. I was advised they would be waiting for us. Today we showed up expecting to carry our boxes to our hotel some 3 km away. Wolfgang stated he would deliver the boxes to our hotel. We had not even purchased anything and he was willing to go beyond any expectations. We all thank you again. Harvey, Donna & Dorothy

Best cycle buisness in the Frankfurt area. Takes great care with your bicycle. I have had mine for 17 years and still looks new. Has been to the United States and back. I can not say enough.👍😁😁😁👍
