Both at the consultation appointment and when picking up the helmet, I received prompt and friendly service. The digital information regarding the pickup saved me waiting time and the need for follow-up questions.

I was passing through and after a breakdown, I received very quick and friendly help here. A big THANK YOU for that! Besides the great service, it's a beautiful and tidy bike shop with a large selection. Once you're in, you don't want to leave. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely stop by.

I bought my new Trek Checkpoint SL7 here. The initial contact was very friendly. The bike was reserved for me until the test ride, which isn't standard practice. I was greeted with an espresso and had my inseam measured for the first test ride. The consultation was thorough and the sales conversation was very pleasant. Picking up the bike was incredibly easy, with a comprehensive explanation of maintenance and care. You can tell they're passionate about what they do. I've never received such excellent advice in a bike shop before. It was a real pleasure buying a bike here. I wish them both all the best and look forward to my next visit to the shop. Unfortunately, it's almost 300 km away.

A truly outstanding shop. Saskia and Marcus provide extremely competent and completely unobtrusive, personalized service. I had a lot of questions, which they answered patiently. I could always reach someone by phone or get answers to my questions by email. The pleasant atmosphere creates a welcoming environment that makes it easy to ask even seemingly silly questions. Every single one of my "extra requests" was accommodated, so I was able to start my holiday as the extremely happy owner of a new bike. All that's left to say is THANK YOU!!!
