Excellent, friendly, and competent advice and service. The owner still works on the bikes himself and has a fantastic rapport not only with customers but also with his employees. One of the biggest advantages of this shop is that they also repair bikes that weren't purchased there. Just make an appointment, and everything runs smoothly. I'll definitely be back again and again and again...

I deliberately chose a local bike shop, partly to support them a little over the big chains and mail-order companies. What can I say? I was rewarded with friendliness, service, and genuine expertise. The prices weren't even higher than online (I compared them later). Thanks, Adam! I'd be happy to come back 😃

The gear shift cable on my 17-year-old bicycle broke. They immediately said, "We'll fix something like that right away; otherwise, you'd have to make an appointment." No attempt to sell me a new bike or anything like that, or to pressure me, a layman, into an expensive repair. I'm really impressed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable and you can get an appointment quickly. The owner calls back regarding the JobRad (bike leasing) offer and makes a good deal. I highly recommend them!
