The outlet is nicely designed, but the owner, unfortunately, wasn't interested in the customers. Sadly, this isn't the first time. A shame. As an Eintracht Frankfurt fan, I hope things will improve. September 12th, morning at the Iz in Neu-Isenburg.

A nice outlet store in the Isenburg Center. A small shop with numerous bargains. Unfortunately, some items are only available in extremely large sizes. Nevertheless, it's worth a visit, as there's a good selection at even better prices.

The store looks messy and shabby. The staff seem unenthusiastic and taciturn. On top of that, I was overcharged by €5, which I only noticed when I got home. It's completely out of character for Eintracht Frankfurt. Outlet stores can be decent, friendly, and above all, professional (see, for example, Wertheim Village).

Very unfriendly staff. I wouldn't even give them a single star. We also had the feeling that the cashier didn't want to work at all. Questions were ignored, and we received extremely rude and impolite answers. We won't be going to this store again. It's a shame.

We've been to the store several times and have always received friendly service. Of course, the selection is limited, but the prices are incredibly reasonable. After all, it's an outlet, not a regular Eintracht store!

I was very disappointed with my visit to this store. The staff was inattentive and didn't answer my questions at all. I had to ask several times, but only received curt or unfriendly answers. Instead of being helpful, I felt like I was bothering them. The worst part was at the checkout: the cashier tried to lecture me instead of simply processing my purchase. Such behavior is unprofessional and rude. This is not what customer service should be! I will avoid this store in the future.

I've been here so many times, but the staff motivation is abysmal. Family members and friends report the same thing. The atmosphere here is simply unfriendly; the staff are more concerned with personal/private conversations than with serving customers in a FRIENDLY manner.

I don't quite understand the negative comments here. They sell what comes in, and once it's sold, it's gone, and it takes time for new stock to arrive. If you saw the rush at the opening, it's no wonder fans/customers buy 2-4 jerseys at once; obviously, that's not enough for everyone. Jerseys from the season before last, with flocking, were available for €20-30 in sizes M to XXL. The B-stock section always has some interesting items with minor or major flaws for €5-10. But if you happen to pick the wrong day/time when everything's sold out, I can understand leaving disappointed. All in all, I managed to snag a few good bargains.

The store is absolutely amazing! I was there on the first day and snagged so many great deals, it's really not bad at all. And yes, it's an outlet where the merchandise is at least 50% cheaper, which is really cool because new items arrive daily and you can always find something. I'll definitely be back often, and I highly recommend this shop. Check out the photos to see what you can also find there, all for just €5-7.

It was actually a bit disappointing. I'd only recommend visiting to people who were already planning to go to the Isenburg Center. There are practically no products larger than size L. Prices for the B-grade and outlet items are okay, but in my opinion, there aren't any huge bargains.
