Excellent service! I brought two e-bikes in for servicing, one after the other on the same day, and was able to pick one up the same day and the second, a different brand, the following afternoon. Both bikes were serviced perfectly. I highly recommend this workshop!

Very friendly, good advice. Accepts service for other brands as well. Also helpful in emergencies; I was able to ride my bike home after a short wait. Large selection of bikes and accessories. First-class!

Hello everyone. I was extremely pleasantly surprised by the service. I arrived 30 minutes before closing time and explained my problem. My rear wheel apparently had a worn-out ball bearing, which is why my rear wheel had to be replaced. Yes, including changing the tire, tube, sprocket, etc. They told me that the parts were in stock and I could pick up my bike again in 30 minutes. And that's exactly what happened... 30 minutes later, my bike was ready and my problem solved. The staff were very competent and friendly. They had a relaxed, easygoing manner, which I found very pleasant, and they were able to give me a concrete cost estimate right away. I can definitely recommend Fahrrad Holzmann and will go there again for any necessary repairs and recommend them to others. A particularly positive feature is that there's a bicycle pump in front of the shop, as well as a vending machine where you can buy inner tubes, similar to a cigarette machine. You can also get rubber bands there, but only for bicycles 😂

We bought my wife's and my bike here and are very satisfied. My son's next bike will also be bought here. :) Any accessories purchased here are installed immediately. Very friendly and competent. Update: My son, my wife, and I have since bought new bikes here. Again, everything was great! No reason to complain. My son got a new children's bike for Christmas because he was already too big for his old one. Fast, clear advice, and after 20 minutes, we left the store with an overjoyed child and a new bike. We haven't had any problems with it since. We then compared prices with Decathlon, but it wouldn't have been any cheaper there, since everything else had to be purchased and assembled, and I now feel better because my son is riding a high-quality bike! The day before yesterday, I received my e-bike. GREAT! Diamant gave me a new delivery date for the bike I had ordered, so I would have had to wait. There was no hesitation, but I immediately called the wholesaler to look for alternatives. A day later, I was able to see the alternative discussed (Velo de Ville AEB990) in the store and test ride it. It's a truly great bike, so I decided to go for it right away. After being so enthusiastic about my e-bike, my wife also took a liking to it, so I surprised her with a Velo de Ville of her own yesterday. I chose it and ordered it the day before yesterday, picked it up yesterday, and in the meantime, Fahrrad Holzmann has made all the adjustments. Of course, every bike always comes with the full range of documents (... we now have a complete folder...) and instructions (how to charge, remove the battery, operate the on-board computer, etc.). We will definitely buy from here again!

I rented a bike from Holzmann. Service was excellent; very friendly and helpful. The bike was good; perfect for cycling into the city and in the countryside. Very affordable as well. Can certainly recommend it!

We were looking for a bike shop near the airport to get boxes from to ship our bikes back to Canada. I called a few shops and Holzmann was outstanding compared to the rest. He was incredibly helpful and generous with his time and delivered on his promise to provide boxes. As a bonus he spoke perfect English, and even helped us get the boxes to the hotel so we could pack up our bikes (and recommended a very reasonable hotel around the corner) and then came to help us out when our hotel shuttle was not going as planned. He was an absolute hero. Thank-you Holzmann.
