The JD Sport app is simply awful. It constantly crashes, payments don't work, and discounts can't be redeemed at all. Honestly, the whole concept is a complete mess. Yesterday, I even went to the store after trying to reach someone by phone what felt like a thousand times – of course, without success; nobody ever answers. They didn't have the shoes I wanted. So I asked the employee to check which branch had the model so I could pick them up there. She told me they didn't have such a system and couldn't check anything, and that I "should just order online." So, honestly, if neither the app works nor the store can help, I really don't know what JD Sport is even for. Totally disappointing.

The music was far too loud. It didn't feel relaxing at all during my stay. The staff were rude and disinterested.

JD Sports Neu-Isenburg – consistently disappointing. Multiple problems with defective merchandise and zero customer service. Complaints are routinely rejected, no matter how obvious the fault is. Unprofessional, unfriendly – ​​never again.

Multiple bad experiences with JD Sports in Neu-Isenburg. Unfortunately, I've been disappointed repeatedly. Several purchases have involved problems – either with defective merchandise or with rude, unhelpful staff. Complaints are consistently rejected, even when there are clear manufacturing defects. Customer service is practically non-existent, and you get the feeling that complaints are simply ignored. Very disappointing – I strongly advise against shopping here.

I really don't understand all the reviews about the supposedly unfriendly staff in this store... I went there yesterday to return something, and as soon as I walked in, a smiling employee greeted me and served me immediately and very kindly. I received all the information I needed for the return. Thank you so much for the incredibly uncomplicated, competent, and also very friendly service.

So we only shopped at JD Neu Isenburg and were treated very badly as customers on Saturday June 24th 2023. I asked for Jordans in size 41 for my son which were there but the problem is the saleswoman with glasses, red hair and was short and wanted to give us the left shoe which everyone could try on. The shoe looked very used. I asked if she could give me both new ones. She said no to me in a very arrogant and snappy way. What's the point of me spending €140 on the shoe and I'm supposed to buy a used shoe??? No with all due respect. Ok, whatever, then went to Snipes where the same shoes were available. A really friendly salesperson went into the warehouse and sold us new Jordans😀 I won't be shopping at JD in future because of the saleswoman! Unfriendly to the max, sorry.
