We ordered a set of jerseys for our company tournament three weeks before the tournament. We were assured that the jerseys would arrive on time, even after repeated inquiries. Then, on the last day before the tournament, we found out they hadn't even been shipped, so now we're all without jerseys. I've never experienced such poor service before; I'm appalled. Don't order from here! In my opinion, it's a rip-off. I've now canceled and want my money back because, once the tournament delivers the jerseys, it's no use anymore. I hope I get my money back as soon as possible, otherwise I'll have to file a police report for fraud. I'm disappointed that we, the entire team, are now without jerseys, one day before the tournament starts on a Friday afternoon!! Nice size, eser

Large selection, good to excellent prices, helpful staff, almost everything can be ordered for on-site fitting, but please call ahead. A clear recommendation for team sports and clubs.

We always enjoy coming here. Excellent service and often great prices – it's a real outlet store. The new focus on football makes it a bit less appealing for us. A shame.

I'd give zero stars if I could, since the return was sent back to our house. The shoes were so uncomfortable that I got blisters after about an hour of wearing them. I told customer service this, but they gave me a rude reply saying I could only wear the shoes at home if I was returning them. I'm wondering if I'm supposed to walk around at home in them for an hour?! For the record, the shoes show absolutely no signs of wear; only the tags are missing. I've never experienced anything like this at other shoe stores; they even accept shoes that have been worn for a week. I will never shop there again! Poor customer service - Unfriendly. Returns accepted - None at all = they're only interested in making money.

Very poor customer service Three men were behind the counter and wanted to buy two pairs of shoes, but since we weren't served, we left and were even called "victims" by the salesperson!

I'm very dissatisfied with this online store. They only managed to salvage their mediocre rating thanks to their excellent telephone service. My sister found a children's Nike rain jacket online. I wanted to give it to her for her birthday (7 days later). Problem 1: Since I only intended to order once, I placed the order as a guest without creating a customer profile. When two weeks later (!) the package still hadn't arrived, I called and learned that the order wasn't even in their system... So I ordered the same jacket again, this time with a customer profile. Problem 2: The second package arrived within three days. Unfortunately, it didn't contain the jacket I had ordered. Instead of a black girls' rain jacket, I received a beige men's windbreaker without a hood in size XL. Along with my delivery slip, I also found one from the other customer. So I called again. This time I got a very understanding customer service representative who promptly emailed me a free return label and automatically reordered my desired jacket. Problem #3: After another week, the final package arrived. This time it contained the rain jacket, but also a pair of Converse shoes that were actually meant for a customer in the Netherlands... Unfortunately, I didn't wear a size 38.5 (EU)... I called again, received a return label, and sent it back. Only thanks to the relaxed and understanding atmosphere on the phone am I still giving it 3 out of 5 stars. Oh, and... When my exasperated sister finally received the jacket two weeks after her birthday and tried it on, it was, of course, too small, and they didn't have the right size in stock.
