My review is late, but still relevant. I ended up at Panorama in 2024 looking for boots. After two bad experiences with another well-known snowboard shop, I finally received proper advice here. The boots fit perfectly and ride incredibly well. Thanks, guys!

I stumbled across this store by chance while researching online, and I have to say, just walking in gave me a great feeling. All the staff are incredibly friendly and professional; you have all the time in the world to make a decision – absolutely no pressure to just sell, and they don't sell anything that isn't 100% perfect. I'm extremely satisfied and will only buy all my winter sports equipment there from now on!

I was there a few days ago to buy a new snowboard and bindings. Ben and his colleague took a lot of time and gave me excellent advice. I immediately felt very comfortable there. The prices are incredibly fair, and there's a huge selection of high-quality equipment. I'll definitely be back. They absolutely deserve five stars.

We went to the PANORAMA store yesterday to buy snowboard equipment for our child and we're extremely happy with our experience. The salesperson took plenty of time and gave us really helpful advice. The selection is huge and offers something for every budget. The store itself is enormous and a lot of fun – they have snowboards, skateboards, and lifestyle items. It's a fantastic store! We'll definitely be back.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Amazing service, incredible range and even a coffee as we shopped. So cool to find a shop run by boarders who actually love what they do. It’s so refreshing to see these guys wanting support other boarders (both new and experienced) plus give them tips and advice without the ‚too cool for school‘ attitude of many other board shops. Worth the drive to Neu-Isenburg! (The recommendation to go to Ehrwald instead of Zugspitze was the best advice of all! Cheers boys!)
