We spontaneously decided to visit without an appointment to look at used bikes. After briefly explaining what we were looking for, everything was very easy, and we went straight to the used bikes. The service was very courteous, the staff were knowledgeable, and there was a great selection. After we had chosen two bikes, they were delivered to us free of charge that afternoon. That's the kind of service you want; some other shops could learn a thing or two from them. We'd gladly shop there again.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. After my local bike shop closed down, I took my bike and my wife's to 2rad Neuberg for servicing. The greeting was anything but friendly – instead of a "hello," I was immediately told: "The child seat has to come off; we can't do it like this." Even after I explained that I couldn't get it off, the tone remained rather cold. Even the mechanic couldn't remove the seat afterward. The only positive aspect was the phone call with the mechanic regarding the displays – he was friendly and helpful. Since my lease is about to expire, I inquired about a new bike and also about the possibility of trading in my current one. I was offered a deal: a €6,000 bike for €4,000 if I left my old bike there. It sounded fair at first, and they pressured me to leave my bike with them immediately and finalize the contract. Luckily, I decided to sleep on it. That same evening, I discovered on their website that this exact bicycle was already being advertised as a discounted offer for €4,000 – without any trade-in. It was also being advertised on social media with a €2,000 discount. This means I would have essentially given my old bike away. In addition, several other models were listed online for less than in the physical store. To me, this kind of practice is completely opaque and untrustworthy. Frankly, I feel cheated. Trust is crucial when buying a bicycle – especially in this price range. Unfortunately, that trust has been completely lost here. I will definitely not be buying from them again. Two stars for the friendly team of mechanics and the nice lady on the phone.

However, due to the very tight and unusual mounting, this was not possible. Nevertheless, we accepted your bicycle, and our mechanic took care of it so that your request could be processed further.<br><br>Regardless, we accepted your bicycles at short notice and without an appointment, repaired them quickly, and returned them to you promptly. Every time I'm at the shop with the guys, I'm happy. They're fair, friendly, helpful, absolutely loyal, and in good spirits. Above all, they clearly enjoy their work – you can tell!
