A small, one-man operation with excellent service. I had a problem with my suspension fork, and after a brief exchange via Google Chat, I was able to bring the e-bike in the very next day. It was ready for pickup the day after that. Mr. Sode is very competent, and you can tell he's passionate about what he does. I'll definitely be back. The price was right, too.

I am absolutely thrilled. Mr. Sode is extremely competent, exceptionally reliable, and very friendly. He cared for my bike with meticulous attention to detail, as if it were his own. He handled even the most complicated issues perfectly with dedication and patience, all at a very fair price. I would have given him a sixth star if I hadn't hesitated…

I took both my mountain bikes (one with and one without a motor) in for inspection and repair, and everything was perfect, reliable, and fast! The advice was also excellent, and the prices very fair! Even though I don't live in NH, it's well worth the trip! 🤗
