I gave the company numerous opportunities to offer a solution. I wrote many times, requesting that they address my issue. With my first order, I waited in vain for my delivery and, after a lengthy back-and-forth, had to request a refund from PayPal. Finally, I wrote again, expressing my deep disappointment as I had been very much looking forward to the products I had ordered. Even then, there was neither a proposed solution nor any form of compensation; it was simply read and ignored. It doesn't seem like they want to satisfy their customers or sell their products. Despite this, I decided to give the shop another chance and have now been waiting for my order for two weeks! In the end, I'll have to request a refund again and will be left without a product. It's truly a shame, as this is the first review that will be displayed with a one-star rating on Google, but I was incredibly patient, and there was absolutely no attempt at compromise. This is certainly not how you win customers. I have never been so frustrated with a shop before, nor have I ever experienced anything comparable. It cost me a lot of time and energy, and in the end, I gained nothing, and neither did the shop, plus I got a bad review that was entirely avoidable. Never again! Update: I'm still waiting for a solution; the order was placed about 40 days ago. I'm going to report the shop to the consumer protection agency. It's a complete mystery to me what's so difficult about simply shipping the sold goods.
