I wanted to pick up the goods I had ordered. I was there twice and the store said they were open until 6:30 p.m., but they closed early and no one answered the phone.

I ordered something from Zalando at my local store. I washed it once – and there were strange stains or washouts. I sent it back with a note stating that the quality was poor. Two weeks later, I received an email saying that I had washed the pants with bleach and therefore no refund was possible. Who washes with bleach? They sell defective goods and don't admit it. Stay away.

I've shopped here several times, the service has always been very friendly, and you ALWAYS get a discount. Without even asking... If shoes in my size aren't available, unfortunately, they can't be ordered. Only what's in stock. But that's okay, I've always found what I was looking for...
