I once had trainees from the predecessor organization GOAB in my department; now I wanted to get a current picture. So I arrived on Monday at 1:50 pm, opening time, and found the doors closed. There was no indication of why they were closed, and of course, no one answered the phone. Who did they pay for positive reviews?

Fantastic bike repair shop! I dropped off my road bike for a service and was able to pick it up just one day later. The guys are super friendly and competent :) I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this shop – a real hidden gem.

Friendly, competent, fair prices, fast, and flexible. I needed a new LED front light and drove by expecting to have to make an appointment. Instead, after a very friendly greeting, they squeezed me in and replaced the light right in front of me with a new one from the shop, and I even learned something new in the process. They did it with more care and expertise than the workshop where I had previously had my rear light replaced. The price was also very fair. P.S.: They also sell new bicycles and e-bikes. And if you want to build your own bike but don't have all the necessary skills, you should definitely ask here.

The inner tubes on my stroller's wheels were replaced spontaneously within 15 minutes, without an appointment. Uncomplicated and excellent service.

Very good and friendly advice. The repair service is highly recommended. Excellent value for money. I dropped off the bike on Friday morning and it was done by the afternoon. All in all, highly recommended.

Top shop! I took my Cube bike in for inspection and replacement of some wear parts. As promised, I received a call less than a week later to say the bike was ready for pickup. Surprisingly, the invoice was well under the estimate; I had actually expected more. Everything was taken care of, the work was very clean, and the bike was almost as good as new again – top-notch! The guys are super friendly, and you can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. All questions were answered competently and friendly; the service was incredibly good. I 100% recommend the bike shop; it couldn't be better!

Friendly staff. Even if something goes wrong, for example after an inspection, it's resolved quickly and fairly. If available, you can get a loaner bike. I also appreciate that you don't need an appointment. They simply process requests on a first-come, first-served basis, and I've only had to wait about 3-4 days for my bike to be ready. I also appreciate that they train people with disabilities here.

Everything was great. You feel well taken care of by this dedicated and friendly workshop team. Clear information was provided about repair costs, scope, and duration. Fair, transparent prices, just as agreed in the estimate. The repair result is flawless, and the bicycle was returned to us spotlessly clean.
