Your employee opened it, we even tried it on, and then we wanted to return it, but they wouldn't accept it. She refused because it was open, even though she herself had opened it. As customers, we should be treated like royalty and properly served, but we weren't even greeted.

I bought a pair of shoes from JD Sports in Offenbach am Main about nine months ago. Unfortunately, the shoes have already broken – a hole has formed in them, even though I've been wearing them normally. I went to the store to complain about the shoes, as I think they should last longer given the price and the brand. Unfortunately, I was told that the damage was "not complete" and therefore no exchange was possible. I'm really disappointed because I usually like shopping at JD Sports, but in this case, I would have appreciated more goodwill and customer service. I also have photos of the damage, which clearly show that the material shouldn't have lasted after such a short time.

Dear Sir/Madam, On July 3, 2025, I was in your branch in Offenbach and saw an item marked with a price of [display price, €85]. However, at checkout, I was charged a higher price of [actual price, €120]. I pointed out to the staff member (or customer service) that the price did not match the marked price. Unfortunately, my comment was ignored, and I was told that the higher price was the correct one. I find this misleading and disappointing, as I, as a customer, have the right to assume that the marked price is binding. I hereby request that you refund me the difference and ensure that the marked prices are correctly adhered to in the future. I look forward to a prompt resolution and your response. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes for my husband and myself. I arrived at 7:30 pm. I knew exactly what I wanted and went there to take them with me immediately. I was told the warehouse had already closed and I unfortunately couldn't buy any more shoes. I even left work early so I could make it, only to be told, "Sorry, the warehouse is closed." On top of that, there isn't even a customer service hotline to complain about. I'll order my shoes online from now on, but not from JD... I always prefer to buy locally and support the shops, but this kind of experience makes me want to go back to shopping online.

These people over there are liars, I wanted to buy some Adidas for my daughter, they were size 28 on sale and cost 40€ and I asked one of the guys who was working there if he had my daughter's size 29, and he said yes, well I took them and when I went to pay they weren't 40 anymore they were 70 so I told them I wasn't going to buy them anymore! I don't recommend the JD in this area. Be careful what you buy because people are very scammy!!!!

Came today to buy a pair of shoes, had to wait quite a bit for the coworker to get it because there werent enough workers there. What i found really unprofessional is that the cashier was talking the whole time on the phone about her private business like the nebenkosten von die wasser und miete and so on. I eould prefer next time to order online and never to come here again. The staff is really unintersted and the cashier is too busy to talk with customers als to sell Me the shoes wich i am already waiting for about 15 min.
