careless and irresponsible staff. I bought stuff a few times and they never sent me all things correctly. the last time they ignored all my reminders and made a mistake again. When questioned they just asked me to return the products at my own cost and nothing offered to compensate my loss caused by their mistake. Avoid insofar as you can.

They have thousands equipments of stock for racket sports. We were there for badminton rackets. Mr Lovre was very helpful for choosing the next level rackets for the type of playing habits and stripping tensions and tightness. They are so busy for online orders but soon thy should open a retail showroom sales venue🙂 for Frankfurt area they are the best option to stop by.

Good choice of badminton rackets and shoes etc, beside online shopping I also visit the shop from time to time. It happened to me that my badminton shoes has a manufacturer quality issue, the exchange was super fast and totally stress-free. Very good consultation and customer service from the team!

Nice shop with essential equipment and accessories for sports like Table Tennis, Badminton etc. Wide variety of products with good quality at reasonable price. They offer repair service also. Staff are qualified, quick and friendly. Easily accessible with public transportation, with car or with wheelchair. Highly recommended.

Waoo i was looking for a huge place. No, i was wrong. It's a small and a fine place for professional accessories for racket sports and table tennis. They got everything you need in the store. Be sure to be spoiled by the huge no of brands and product types from which you can choose from. Kudos to the salesman, he got all you need at his fingertips.
