I bought shoes there on Monday and again today, and I had problems with both pairs because they weren't the right size. They refused to exchange them or give me a refund. The service was terrible. I will never buy shoes there again.

I waited about 15 minutes for the employee who was supposed to get my shoes from the warehouse. He came out empty-handed. Only after I'd waited 15 minutes did they discover in the system that they were no longer available. Very annoying…

Sportsline is located on Frankfurter Straße in Offenbach. The store has a very large selection of shoes and sportswear. Good prices and expert advice. The Sportsline team is friendly and helpful. Any questions? Just ask! :-))

I was there to buy shoes for my 2 yr old son, the lady and they guy who was helping gave us good advice. Unfortunately, didn't find the size we liked and ended up buying it somewhere else. However, if I do need to go do a purchase again for myself, I would definitely go back to this store simply because of the friendly customer service.
