A very friendly bike shop where I felt comfortable from the start. The advice was honest, competent, and never pushy. You always had the feeling that the customers' needs were truly being addressed. I bought my Orbea bike there and have always been satisfied with the service. From the initial consultation to the purchase and after-sales service, everything went smoothly, reliably, and was consistently friendly. It's great to have such an honest and trustworthy bike shop in town. Keep up the good work!

VIELEN VIELEN DANK! I felt the urge to write a review because the people who work there are beyond friendly and helpful. I mentioned to them when i first brought my bike that i was going back home for christmas and would not be able to pick it up for a couple of weeks. in any case I brought my bike to repair, which they repaired within 2 days. unfortunately i ended up travelling within germany and was not able to pick it up. In any case, they kept it for me. and when i picked it up, they helped me fix some issues with my install locked where they gifted me some missing pieces. In terms of the repair prices, they were very reasonable and affordable and lower than I expected. Overall, a great experience and I know that I will be going back if I have any future issues

Friendly and helpful shop owner! I stopped by on a road bike tour with my old road bike because I had a flat tire. Since it was a tubular tire, the flat couldn't be repaired immediately. Without hesitation, the owner lent me an old wheel, and I was able to continue my tour. Very kind of him, he really saved my day!

Was my first experience there. Was calling during the day, nobody picked the phone, decided to pass by with bike for a chance to make an appointment for repair. Was sent away by an admin.

Very unfriendly. Normaly I dont write reviews but about a month ago my wife went there to ask if my bike could be repaired and one of the employer answered yes and told that he can order a necessary parts for me or I can order and bring it myself. I ordered it myself since it was much cheaper and 2 weeks later when my wife went there again the other employer refused to fix the bike with the parts that I ordered online and told absolutely different price than 2 weeks before. The employer was very aggressive and was not listening to what she and I was saying on the phone. Was worst experience ever ....

This is our go-to local bike shop in Offenbach. Reliable repair and maintenance service, clear communication about price, and an interesting selection of bicycles for purchase. My husband and I enjoy the bike-themed movie nights in the summer. Additionally, Laden Artefakt carries a selection of beautifully crafted handbags, wallets, and other leather products.
