A good workshop; the owner takes his time to talk and explains what's being done. Agreements are kept and carried out. I feel I'm in good hands with Mr. Wrbanatz. 👍 He's also a competent contact person for larger scooters. I'll have my next service done there as well. Thank you very much. Regards, Holger Süß

A friend recommended this workshop to me because I needed new tires for my motorcycle. The advice I received was excellent and very competent. I originally wanted to purchase the Metzler tires I was familiar with, but they were out of stock. Christoph recommended Heidenau tires as an alternative, and that was a really good recommendation. In addition to the new tires, other small, necessary repairs were also carried out conscientiously and carefully on this occasion. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and quality of work at this workshop and can only recommend it. In summary: Competent, affordable (really worth the price), friendly, and reliable

I entrusted my little Chinese scooter to good hands. Christoph is always direct and professional. All kinds of repairs are carried out efficiently. Value for money***** Would gladly use his services again.

Friendly, helpful, and fair are the attributes that come to mind when I describe the great service. There's a solution for everything. I've been there twice with my scooter, each time with a different problem, and each time it was fixed. I'm a completely satisfied customer!

Sadly, have to agree with the negative reviews. While the owner is a nice man and seems to know his way around motorcycles, it took 6 weeks to get my bike back despite being told it should take 2 and the work was only done in the final week. Although my bike was better afterwards and the charges were reasonable, I was going to give a positive review but I recently found that he replaced screws with completely different ones with non-standard screwdriver head shape... Also other screws have been tightened so tight they cannot be removed without shredding them. I would have liked to be able to review better but after discovering what was done, would not go recommend.

Price shock at the scooter repair shop I took my beloved scooter to the shop with great anticipation to have the inner tube replaced. Two weeks later, I received a call: "Your scooter is ready!" My joy was short-lived, however, as the bill for the tube replacement came to an exorbitant €130. A clear case of price gouging and a major disappointment. It's a shame my enthusiasm was so quickly dampened.

Avoid this place! They'll rip you off! I went there twice. The first time, I only needed the brake pads changed on my rear wheel... and when I picked it up, they said, "Sorry, we also did the front wheel. We have to charge you for that!" It's outrageous! No phone call, no information, and everything was billed to me... Plus, it was extremely expensive! Don't be fooled! The second time, they claimed my scooter needed the steering head bearings replaced, otherwise it wouldn't pass the vehicle inspection (TÜV). His TÜV inspector was supposedly very meticulous (Warning: NOT DEKRA TÜV!!). The cost was supposed to be between €600 and €800, since they claimed everything would be disassembled, and the bearings themselves cost around €50 to €80. After researching online and on YouTube, I found bearings cost a maximum of €20... and they're super easy to replace in 30 minutes. I still didn't go there and went straight to DEKRA TÜV... and lo and behold... everything was fine! Okay, folks...don't let him sell you anything! That guy isn't trustworthy...unless you buy an overpriced scooter from him! He was actually recommended to me by an icon in the two-wheeler world (Rita Feuerbach). Either he's changed, or Rita doesn't know him that well after all...NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN, a waste of time!

After having had bad experiences at two other workshops, I was now looking for a new scooter and a workshop. I found what I was looking for here. The purchase of the new scooter went wonderfully. The delivery of the new scooter was on time and reliable. The subsequent inspections were carried out exactly as discussed in advance. I am very satisfied and reassured to have found a friendly and competent contact person for scooters and motorcycles.
