I am completely satisfied. The advice, modification, and repair of my bike were excellent. I was given a very detailed explanation of what would be done and the associated costs. The communication via WhatsApp was also very good, and I was informed when my mountain bike was ready. On the day I picked it up, everything that had been done was described in detail and demonstrated. I am very happy and pleased to have my mountain bike back now, modified and repaired, and to be able to take it for its first ride soon. I wholeheartedly recommend going to him; your bike will be in very good hands and treated accordingly. I would go back to him again and again if anything were to happen to my bike. A very heartfelt thank you again for the fantastic work.

Mr. F. is a very friendly person. I was very satisfied for the first four months after the repair, but then the problems started piling up. The built-in front derailleur was already broken after three months, and the chain repeatedly got stuck between the sprockets after shifting to the next gear. There were constant problems with the shifting despite the "repair." And other problems too... It's a real shame; I had a good feeling about it and am now all the more disappointed. I won't be going there again.

I took my bike to the bike shop for repairs because several spokes on the rear wheel were broken and the tire needed replacing. I got it back and I'm very happy with the result. They fixed everything that needed fixing. Overall, it was a great service for a reasonable price. I was especially pleased with the friendly manner and the exemplary service – something that competitors in the area have long since lost. I can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Fechner! I'll definitely be back!
