Extremely friendly and helpful staff! The sneakers I ordered were too big and had to be returned. However, the return process went smoothly. The shipping time and product condition left nothing to be desired! And hopefully, the right size will fit next time. Best regards to Pfungstadt!

The purchased products were all immediately available at the time of online ordering. I didn't receive an order confirmation until six days later. Including delivery, the order took 1.5 weeks! At least I was subscribed to the newsletter without my consent! Both points are a no-go!

Never experienced such a complicated return process... Filling out the return form by hand, the cancellation form, and then copying the invoice... and then the website says something about a convenient return! There's nothing convenient about it for me!!! This process is no longer state-of-the-art in my opinion...

Fast shipping and delivery. Ordered on Friday and delivered to Croatia on next Thursday. Also, really good communication service. Overall, very happy with this site and my order.
