About two weeks ago, we ordered the Nike Hyperko 2 for our son from the online shop. The prices were fair and the delivery was super fast. Unfortunately, one of the shoes had a tear in the seam of the tongue. After a brief exchange with Mr. Adrian Morzyk, we agreed to return the package. However, this proved difficult due to technical difficulties with label creation. Nevertheless, Mr. Morzyk immediately had an alternative solution and sent me the label by email within a very short time. After sending my return, I received the new item today, within five business days. Therefore, a huge thank you to everyone involved. I'm delighted that there are still employees who truly support you without long waiting times. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work!

Overall, we are satisfied with our order from World of Wrestling. The delivery arrived reliably, and the customer service representative on the phone was very friendly and helpful. An important note for customers from Luxembourg or other countries outside of Germany: Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer; the company does not cover them. This is something to be aware of beforehand, as returns from abroad can quickly become expensive. Apart from that, everything went smoothly, and we are happy with the service.

The guys are incredibly competent, the owner himself is super friendly and, as a former top athlete, isn't too proud to share a few tips and tricks 💪 A huge selection – what these guys have is truly amazing… they create really cool designs of really high quality. We ordered custom jerseys for our teams. And what can I say? Absolutely fantastic. Our ideas were implemented perfectly in the graphics, and even change requests were quickly incorporated. The timeframe was reasonable considering the number of jerseys. We are very satisfied.

Ordered wrestling shoes…came in time as promised. Seems to be a reliable vendor. I tried to reach via phone in advanced several times to asked some questions about the size but did not reach anyone….this could be improved but not worth to take off one star.
