Great boats! I bought a Spirit back in 2011, and my wife has a Coast 450. Both boats are very well made.

I bought a used 19-year-old Neumann Stingray, a real rocket of a touring kayak, and there was quite a bit of restoration work to do to get it back in shape. Willy Neumann personally took the time to help with my project and advised me several times by phone and video call. He responded very quickly and was a tremendous help, even though he could only sell me some spare parts and not a whole boat. He also didn't try to sell me expensive replacements for the rudder or footrests, but instead gave me some tips on how I could improve them myself to my liking. I'm very happy with this service and I'm enjoying the boat. I got to know Willy Neumann as someone who loves his boats and provides customer-oriented and pragmatic advice. Thank you so much!

Ordered the Coastline in 2024 after very honest advice and without a test drive. It's a super stable, fast, and comfortable boat. Top-quality workmanship. Purchase and delivery were very good. I use the boat regularly and, as a 1.94 m man weighing 106 kg and with no canoe racing experience, I get along very well. I would buy the boat again anytime.

Kayak cover sunk in the Rhine – called the owner couple in the shop – got the part number – ordered online – cover arrived the next day! Awesome – keep it up!

In November 2024, my brother and I contacted Willy Neumann and requested a test drive of the Coastfighter, Escape, and Coastline boats. We quickly arranged a date, and Willy organized the test drive without any fuss. He let us thoroughly test all the boats and provided us with comprehensive and expert advice. We ordered two Coastline boats. Delivery was at the beginning of February, and we were able to pick them up as agreed. I've now paddled about 300 km (on the Rhine) and am extremely happy with them. Willy has significantly expanded my paddling horizons with the Coastline.

Crazy! Ordered on Monday at around 4:45 PM and delivered this morning (Tuesday) at 9:25 AM. RESPECT to the max!!! The product itself was as expected, everything was top-notch. Packaging was good and appropriate. However, the foam parts were not particularly fragile. Conclusion: Neumann Boats is definitely on my list of favorites.

My absolute favorite shop for all things paddling. Fantastic boats – we have two Tumblers that are so much fun – and I just ordered a carbon paddle and roof rack online and was thrilled again... And it was even cheaper than at the local shop with the club discount. So – I'll definitely be back!
