I wasn't a business customer, just a private individual with a small order. Nevertheless, the service was excellent. During the phone call, it was clear the employee knew what he was talking about. And he was always friendly! I placed the order online on Sunday. I received the shipping confirmation on Monday and the package arrived on Wednesday. Absolutely fantastic!
