Would highly recommend this store for sales, service and support. We bought two Riese and Muller e bikes and shipped them back to the UK. During the whole sales process Jorg was very attentive and knowledgeable. Felix dealt with the practicalities and was so helpful. He speaks excellent English and was so very helpful. This continued when we had an issue and had to ring Germany. The service from Felix was amazing and the issue resolved very quickly using a WhatsApp video call. Cannot speak highly enough of this company.

A bike shop that doesn't understand the JobRad concept is definitely not recommended. Instead of preparing a repair estimate and getting it approved by the insurance company, they prefer to repair the bike first and then bill the customer. I've never experienced that at any other bike shop! I can't recommend this shop or, especially, their service!

After holding a Wellmannbikes invoice from 1997 in my hands yesterday, it's high time I said thank you digitally. For roughly 30 years, Jörg and his team have been our go-to source for everything related to our passion for cycling. From the first Cannondale to various Specialized models, from regular servicing to quick fixes, he and his team are our go-to experts. Since we work in bike maintenance ourselves, we appreciate exactly that about the shop. The sales staff is more than competent and customer-oriented – but maintaining a bike perfectly, even when things are hectic during peak season, is a true art – and they've been doing it for 30 years.
