Excellent service. After the initial inspection of my Prophete e-bike, I felt like I had a brand new bike under me. A true expert of the old school, who even explained three alternatives to a bottle of oil. Anyone wanting to learn something new should bring time and good hearing.

Excellent service. Whether it was e-bikes or lawnmowers, they were competent and quick. The company bike was arranged very quickly thanks to their excellent advice. The lawnmower was repaired quickly and reliably. Be sure to allow plenty of time for the many helpful tips.

We are very satisfied. A big compliment to Mr. Szymanski. He has made our oldest bikes fit again. After a week of vacation in Holland with a lot of cycling, we are very excited. Thanks again.

Fantastic shop! You get expert information and, most importantly, you get real help. Mr. Szymanski is a very friendly owner. I'm happy to drive the 46km to have my e-bike repaired. And I'll definitely order my next bike from Rockenberg :-)

I needed a new wheel for my lawn tractor at short notice. It was no problem at all here, and the price-performance ratio was simply fantastic. Last year, I bought two e-bikes for my wife and me from this small shop. Even the competition from the big stores couldn't beat the price. I've since learned what a great service and expertise I got here. You don't find that kind of service very often anymore. Absolutely fantastic, and I'll definitely be back.

One star is too many. They offer a repair service from Prophete, but they immediately make it clear that it's "cheap junk" and that you're better off buying an e-bike from them. They don't have a good word to say about the manufacturer; customer-friendly looks different. Very rude, a shame, but as a previous reviewer said, there are other bike shops who are happy to welcome customers and solved my problem immediately without any ifs and buts... here, they're happy to leave a tip. I canceled the repair order after two weeks... It's wrong to say the gentleman was having a bad day, as his rudeness and arrogance were clearly evident in all three contacts. Nevertheless, all the best and good luck. 😉

It's a shame that you can't leave a customer review here.<br><br>Then I'd prefer to give you zero stars as well.<br><br>But I knew this kind of review would come out!<br><br>The haters are always the quickest to write and complain.<br><br>And they never listen! Because they're right, right?<br><br>I said from the beginning that it would take at least two weeks!<br><br>If you're lucky, it might take one week for the parts to arrive?<br><br>Because Prophete doesn't deliver the parts that quickly, and we're not going to jump through hoops just because you're in a hurry.<br><br>Especially not during peak season!<br><br>And I canceled the order after one week!<br><br>There are people who deserve my attention and kindness, and there are people who deserve my rudeness and arrogance!
