Staff were nice, owner was completely out of his mind. I've never been treated like this in a store like this. I had a completely normal and legitimate question about a high-priced product (the most expensive in the selection) before paying, and then he became aggressive and even insulting, refused to sell it to me, and expelled me from the store. Attempts by the clearly irritated staff (who were obviously used to it and were even banned from giving advice (!), according to their statements, were also ignored or prevented. Absolutely unacceptable behavior – towards customers and staff alike – neither professional (sales/management – ​​academic degrees and connections to Qatar aren't necessarily a seal of approval if you do some research or consider your life in general) nor humanly bearable. Whether this is the reason or the result of the impending closure of the business, I have no idea, but it's absolutely unacceptable, especially since I've shopped there several times before, so far without a single complaint!!!

Great selection, affordable prices, attentive service – what more could you want! Unfortunately, we are closing at the beginning of 2023 – closing sale currently on.

Poor customer service and sometimes unfriendly staff. I wanted to return a ball because it had gone flat (unused). They inflated it on-site and it's supposed to last. However, it was intended as a gift, so I no longer need the ball. Despite all this, I didn't even receive a credit note. I was a regular customer for a long time, but unfortunately, not anymore!

First of all, the voucher was accepted, even though it was made out to Intersport. I visited the store twice, and both times I had to order from the big A because what I wanted wasn't available and couldn't be ordered. The store is very poorly stocked.

I went to Sport Rumpf in Ober Roden today to redeem a voucher. Although the store advertises itself as an Intersport both outside and inside, they refused to accept my voucher, claiming it was from the previous owner (Intersport) and that they are no longer an Intersport. This is a deliberate attempt to mislead customers in order to profit from the previous owner's brand image. When it comes to fulfilling the obligations owed to the previous owner, they shirk their responsibility. 👏 My last visit.

Very competent advice, friendly staff. Good equipment. Always happy to come back. By far the best Intersport retailer in the area. Thank you for the service and excellent advice. I've never come home without buying something. Keep it up! Another great find today: excellent advice, great prices. I'll be happy to come back.

Despite asking, I wasn't informed during the purchase process that I wouldn't receive a refund upon return, but only a voucher. This is very annoying and, in my opinion, poor customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised. I received a friendly welcome and immediate advice. I walk all day for work and was looking for a good shoe that would allow me to walk home from work in the evening without pain and relaxed. I was shown a great shoe right away. Light, airy for the coming summer, with a well-cushioned sole. The prices are fair, and the advice is first-class. The thought of a discount didn't even occur to me. When I'm around the corner, there's my new sporting goods store.
