I always feel well-advised here; professionals are at work, and the prices reflect that, but the value for money is excellent. When I changed the tires on my older bike, they kindly lubricated the gears and chain at the same time.

A lovely shop, well-stocked for its size, with an owner who takes his time and clearly enjoys bikes. The selection of bikes is excellent; there should be something for everyone. Lots of e-bikes – but that's to be expected these days. All the essentials you might need on the go are available, and more unusual parts can be ordered. Of course, the advice and service are crucial. No one seriously expects a local dealer to compete with a large online shop in terms of selection and price, but a competent dealer with a workshop is vital, especially if you're not particularly handy. And a bicycle has a lot of parts that should move smoothly and as quietly as possible. For the craftsmanship, the advice, and the reliable service, I give them 5 stars. My badly abused mountain bike is running like new again! 👍

I ordered my bike online from Kleins Radhaus. Fast delivery, solid packaging, and excellent service. Mr. Klein took care of any issues that arose over a long period of time. I would buy from them again.

I went to the shop to have a light installed on the dynamo and brought my bike with me. When an employee or the owner told me they couldn't do it because I hadn't bought the bike or the lights from them and they were "not a DIY shop," I wanted him to advise me on how to connect the light myself. He apparently didn't have time for that either, even though he was chatting the whole time with another customer about anything and everything. Competence and good advice certainly don't look like that, and they've lost me as a customer, as I won't be coming back.

Very friendly and competent. They provide the help you need, whether you need your sports equipment repaired, your stylish bike made presentable, or your everyday bike simply needs to function. The shop offers a large selection of designs from various manufacturers and for all kinds of purposes. However, in spring and fall, you can expect longer (!) wait times at the workshop.

I bought a Focus mountain bike there two years ago. Then, as now, the advice was excellent and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The owner takes his time with customers, finds solutions, and explains things very well. I always leave with a good feeling – keep up the good work!

I ordered a bicycle online from Kleins Radhaus. The bicycle was delivered promptly and well-pre-assembled. When I pointed out that a few details in the product description differed slightly from the actual delivery, they responded quickly and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. The communication was friendly, and I would shop there again.
