Poor service from an unfriendly, seemingly unenthusiastic, and taciturn salesperson. Nevertheless, two stars, as the workshop and the other sales staff surely do a good job.

As of October 27, 2025 I've now bought my second e-bike from Herrmanns Radhaus, and I can fully endorse my 2020 review. Great advice, incredibly friendly, absolutely competent, and solution-oriented with my little special requests. And after the first 150 km, I can say I did everything right!!! My Riese+Müller Superdelite GT Rohloff puts a smile on my face with every kilometer. Sure, it's a hefty price tag, but anyone planning long tours shouldn't have to worry about this bike. The range is beyond the limits of the bike's endurance (my riding style allowed for over 300 km on the display, and 80 km is about right at 20% battery consumption). And with such high-quality components and workmanship, it's a great ride. All in all, a clear recommendation to buy, both from my dealer, Herrmanns Radhaus in Rüsselsheim, and from the Superdelite. Thanks to the team Anyone looking to buy a bike who values service, advice, expertise, and friendliness is in the best hands at Herrmann's Radhaus. I took the bike for a test ride, received excellent advice, and a special thank you to Mr. Sledz, and the next day it was perfectly adjusted to my needs, right at my doorstep. That's how I imagine buying a bike, especially for expensive bikes. Thanks to the entire team, keep up the good work and stay healthy.

I spontaneously asked for a bicycle rack today. The nice gentleman looked around in several places and actually found the right one. Super nice and friendly team!! Excellent service!

Incredibly great and friendly service! We were given an appointment at short notice for five children's bicycles for a social institution. Herrmann's Radhaus was very accommodating with the price, the bicycles were repaired within a day, and we even received two helmets as a gift. We are very grateful – also for the excellent advice and the help with loading the bikes 😊 We would recommend Herrmann's Radhaus without hesitation!

I came to the shop in the evening with my son to get some advice on a 20-inch children's bike, with the firm intention of buying one right there and then. I also wanted to support local businesses. Unfortunately, the salesperson's unfriendly and taciturn manner completely ruined our shopping experience. There was no sign of a customer-friendly atmosphere or even expert advice. I don't understand people who suffer like this in their jobs, nor do I understand the managers who put up with it. The advice and information provided in any professional online shop (through five simple questions) is many times better than what you experience here, or indeed in some brick-and-mortar stores in general. Then they shouldn't complain and whine that customers don't put up with it and prefer to order elsewhere.

Excellent service; even though it was busy, my new e-bike was ready for me to take with me immediately. I was able to pick it up just 1.5 hours after purchasing it. Thanks again for that! The prices are also absolutely fair. The bike shop also offers a comprehensive insurance package, which I highly recommend.

As a new customer, I received a very friendly welcome. After a last-minute appointment change, they did everything they could to get my bike back as quickly as possible after its service. Unfortunately, I didn't experience this level of service at my previous bike shop, where I bought my bike. I can wholeheartedly recommend Fahrrad Hermann.

This is exactly what I imagine a specialist shop to be like. From the owner to the apprentice, everyone is highly competent and customer-friendly. You always feel well taken care of here.
