Shirts were ordered through our sports club. Sometimes, the opening for a girl's head was sewn too tightly... a manufacturing defect, basically. We contacted customer service and were told on the phone that they would take care of it. But nothing has happened! Even after contacting them several times, we were always told, "We'll sort it out and get back to you right away (in 5 minutes) or later today." NOTHING! Absolutely nothing has happened. It's incredibly frustrating, and we've spent money on something we're getting nothing out of.

Unfortunately, a complete disaster! Absolutely not recommended for textile printing! Quality, service, experience, expertise, adherence to deadlines, no professionals – everything is abysmal! Lemm Sports shouldn't be allowed to offer textile printing services! Unfortunately, I have to give them one star; they don't deserve any!

Absolutely not recommended. After waiting over two weeks, the printing wasn't carried out because it wasn't possible. Professional companies would have checked this before confirming the order.
