This is my third bike from Radwelt. Everything was exactly as it should be. From the initial consultation to the purchase and maintenance, everything was perfect. This isn't the first time we've leased a bicycle, so we can easily compare the service and customer care of different shops. You walk in and immediately feel welcome. The very friendly, thorough consultation and the option to have your bike measured for a perfect saddle really impressed us. Communication throughout the process was always very prompt. Everything was explained in detail when we picked up the bike, and a last-minute change request was handled quickly and efficiently. The way the paperwork was presented reminded me of a car dealership. Every single employee radiated enthusiasm for their work, which created a positive atmosphere. Thank you for the wonderful shopping experience. Top-notch service, keep it up! We will definitely recommend the Radwelt Bonnet team.

My wife and I leased two Zemo bikes and received excellent service from the moment we entered the showroom until we picked them up just a week later. The technical briefing at pickup was also perfect. We feel very well taken care of here and will definitely recommend them to our friends. Keep up the good work!!!

I picked up my new Pegasus Estremo Evo 12 Lite with Pinion MGU yesterday. It was a pleasure riding the first 15 km home. The service in the shop was very friendly and professional. Since it was 30°C when I picked it up, the salesperson gave me a water bottle for the journey. Great team, keep up the good work.

Was a shirt drive from Aschaffenburg, but well worth it. Nice store with a good selection of bikes and accessories. Staff were friendly, professional and offered good advice.
