The brakes on my son's bike weren't adjusted properly. I stopped by briefly, they fixed it in 3 minutes, and I wasn't charged. Another time, I had a flat tire, and they quickly found the right inner tube for me. I installed it myself. I'm generally happy with the shop. It's all good.

I'm from Niederreifenberg and hadn't really heard of Kant-Bike before. After buying a used, broken bike, I entrusted it to the guys at Kant-Bike – and that was absolutely the right decision. They're absolute professionals with a wealth of knowledge who take the time to explain everything clearly. We had a bit of back and forth regarding the brakes and other issues, but it was always enjoyable because you can tell they're not just skilled, but genuinely passionate. In the end, the whole thing was very reasonably priced. I'm so glad I've finally found someone I can trust completely with my bike. Highly recommended! 🚴‍♂️

the bike shop is located directly on the route up to the feldberg. needed support due to insufficient air in the tyres and the guys immediately took the bike to the workshop to check everything. not only did they fix the tyre for free, they also checked the chains and gears, cleaned the chain and re-oiled it. a great team and highly recommended!

So far, I'm quite satisfied with the shop. You can talk to the owner and he gives good advice. However, you should have a pretty good idea of ​​what you want, and you should expect a bit of a wait if there are other customers in the shop. It's a smaller shop, which I actually like. It's great that there's a shop in town.

I can't understand some of the reviews. I bought my bike here two years ago and received excellent advice. The repairs are always good and finished on time. I can recommend this shop to everyone and I will definitely remain a customer for a long time. Keep it up!

Unfortunately, after a few good experiences, I've only had very bad ones since. The boss is extremely disorganized, and this has been going on for months. If you have a specific appointment at 3:00 PM, he'll be on the phone for another 20 minutes and won't even bother to put it down. And it's like that across the board. It's a real shame! I thought the place was good, but I was proven wrong.
