Unlike Cannondale and two other "certified" bike shops, this bike shop took care of my damaged bike immediately and without any hassle, and at a very good price. I can highly recommend them. Cannondale and the other two "certified" bike shops could learn a thing or two from this level of service. I'll probably be stuck with the costs despite it being a warranty claim.

Absolutely disappointing – never again! I've been to this store several times now and each time I've been greeted in an unfriendly and indifferent manner. One particularly off-putting employee, whose lack of empathy and blatant disinterest in customer concerns are simply unacceptable, was a real turn-off. There's no such thing as service here – you feel completely abandoned, and help is nowhere to be found. They only answer the phone sporadically, and even then, you're not taken seriously. The prices are exorbitant, the products are utterly unimpressive, and this store is completely unreliable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid it – neither the service nor the merchandise is worth the money or the hassle. This was definitely my last visit.

My sister-in-law recently bought an expensive CUBE e-bike there. Shortly after the purchase, one of the pedals fell off. She complained about this and was told, and I quote the employee: "We're aware of the problem, but we can't do anything because we're closed for two weeks of vacation starting Monday (today)." My opinion on this: If you call yourself a specialist shop, you should be able to repair a minor defect like this immediately! After all, the e-bike is needed. And €3,699 is not exactly pocket change. I consider this employee's reaction simply unacceptable and am inclined to say: "Fahr Rad didn't exactly cover themselves in glory." Personally, I would have withdrawn from the purchase agreement and initiated a refund. We needed to schedule an appointment for the inspection of two bicycles at short notice – one for personal use and one through a leasing company. What proved problematic at other bike shops was no problem at all at Fahr Rad. They provided quick, competent advice and a great customer service approach. Everything went smoothly – we'd gladly use them again.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop. We bought two bicycles there. We received excellent advice from Ms. Jung, who patiently and expertly explained everything. Many thanks for that! We will, of course, be taking our bikes there for servicing in the future. In short: Great shop, excellent, friendly, and competent service... two thumbs up! 👍👍 Five stars absolutely deserved!

I ordered a leased bike there. The advice was super friendly and very comprehensive. I ultimately ordered a cargo bike. The process was super fast and very easy. I was in contact by phone with information about the order right up until pickup. Great 👌

During our bike ride to St. Peter Ording, my husband had a flat tire just before Seligenstadt. He couldn't go any further. The rear wheel was completely ruined and had to be replaced. Luckily, we were immediately recommended Fahr Rad, and despite the coronavirus pandemic and the shop being closed, the owner helped us quickly, unbureaucratically, with absolute friendliness, and very professionally. After an hour and a half, we were able to continue our tour. Sometimes you meet the right people at the right time. Many, many thanks again from Roland and Claudia Ott.

One of the worst in the whole Germany. The owner yells at customers as they were fellons. Avoid this place at any rate if you don't want to be stressed for the whole day if not week.
