Yesterday I saw a Reel of yours on Instagram – so I spontaneously drove by today. The shop was busy and I had to wait a short while, but that wasn't a problem at all. From the very beginning, the communication was very friendly and transparent; they even offered me a glass of water – a truly pleasant welcome. The subsequent consultation was excellent: approachable, competent, and completely without any sales pressure. In the end, I went home with new Tecnica ski boots at a great price, including a bag. Thank you so much for this fantastic experience! I'll gladly bring my skis to you for servicing every year from now on. For me, you're the clear number one in the region. Your marketing on Instagram and other platforms is also very appealing. Thank you!

Good service, but unfortunately, prices agreed upon over the phone are not honored in-store. Regrettably, the owner offers no solutions or shows any understanding for the situation. It's a shame, as we were happy customers and even traveled from Frankfurt. Luckily, Intersport has a branch in every city.

Huge praise for the entire store. They take their time with you without trying to push anything on you. Super service/super advice! A fantastic selection, especially in the freeride section. The prices are really good too, and you can have a normal conversation so everyone is happy. By far one of the best sports shops we've ever been to, and I would always choose them over online. Highly recommended! I bought ski boots and received excellent advice from start to finish. The salesman, Louis, took a lot of time for me and was both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Intersport Beike offers individual adjustments to the ski boots, so they now fit perfectly. ⛷️

Very satisfied with the advice! I received perfectly fitted ski boots and am extremely happy with them now in my second season. The same goes for my hiking boots. The advice was simply excellent. Highly recommended! We bought new indoor (handball) shoes for our daughter today. The modern foot measurement and the optimal, professional advice were excellent. Thanks to the selection of several models and manufacturers, we quickly and easily found the perfect shoe. This is what buying sports shoes should be like – expertly and efficiently!

I always wear knee-high compression socks and was looking for a "breathable" shoe. The selection at Beikes is huge; I first went upstairs to the hiking boots, then downstairs to the sports shoes, until finally, thanks to very competent advice, I found "my shoe" on the ground floor: the Cloudflow! A great shoe, looks fantastic and is very comfortable. I'm very happy, everything's great.
