Very disappointed. Not even a hello when I picked it up. I entrusted them with my bike for a service. I told them the gears needed adjusting and the brakes needed bleeding. And that the bearings needed checking because they were creaking. A week later, I picked up my bike and they had installed a new derailleur hanger. After taking a closer look at it at home, they hadn't adjusted the gears, and the derailleur hanger didn't help either because the shifting still doesn't work in the same gears. They also oiled my chain, but strangely enough, my entire derailleur cage was oiled, and only the chain was lightly oiled. The rear brake squeaks, which it didn't before, probably because they accidentally got some oil on my disc brake while oiling my derailleur cage. Great, thanks a lot. The brakes still have the same poor pressure point as before, and nothing has changed with the bearings. And I asked them to repair the flap on the underside, but nothing was done. But the main thing was to write "adjust the saddle" on the worksheet. Thanks for adjusting it the way you want it—I'm not the one riding it, you are! Thanks. After picking it up, some cables inside the frame were also making noise when I turned the handlebars. That's all they did. Thanks a lot for two 90-minute drives. And €140 wasted. I could have just replaced my derailleur cage and disc brake myself. You can even oil it yourself. NEVER AGAIN RADSPORT KÖNIG NEVER AGAIN will I entrust my €8,000 bicycle to someone like that. (Actually, zero stars, but that's not an option.) Just like my bicycle, that's no good either.

I visited the store today without the intention of buying anything—I just had a quick question about my bike. Nevertheless, I was immediately greeted in a friendly manner and helped without hesitation. The employees took the time to provide me with expert information and even gave me some tips on caring for my bike—quite naturally and without any sales pressure. In times when good service is often only available for a fee, such a helpful and customer-oriented attitude is definitely not to be taken for granted. I'll definitely be back—and the next time I need something, I know where to go. Thank you for the great service!

My parents had a breakdown with one of the e-bikes about 1 km from the shop. A very friendly, helpful, and, as it turned out, competent employee was in the courtyard during the lunch break. Mr. Koch took care of the problem during his lunch break and was able to provide immediate and effective assistance, allowing the seniors to continue their bike tour in perfect weather without any further issues.
