We went into the Lacoste store without necessarily intending to buy anything, but we were very pleasantly surprised by the welcome. The staff were incredibly kind, smiling, and patient with us, especially since we are French and struggled a bit with German. Even without making a purchase, we were treated very well, which deserves to be highlighted. Thank you for your professionalism and friendliness!

I had a thoroughly positive experience at the Lacoste store in the Main-Taunus-Zentrum shopping center (Frankfurt am Main). I would especially like to commend the store manager, Lesley Garcia Vasquez: extremely friendly, authentic, stylish, and with a charisma that is sadly all too rare in retail these days. The service was honest, customer-focused, and pleasantly unobtrusive. You can immediately tell that someone with experience, good taste, and a genuine interest in the customer is working there. This is exactly the kind of service you want in the fashion industry. Great praise to Lesley Garcia Vasquez and the entire team – this is how you become a loyal customer and will definitely be back.

Very expensive and they lack variety, not to mention their shirts shrink far too easily. Paying so much for that? I don't recommend it. I found cheaper, nicer, and better quality shirts at Zara.

The best Lacoste store in Hesse, with a very pleasant atmosphere and highly qualified staff. Mr. Frank was very helpful and I'm extremely satisfied.

Friendliness isn't something you can buy. But you can certainly expect it, especially in a high-end store! No wonder more and more people are ordering online…which is what I've just done myself.

While I was browsing, items were taken from my hands and put back on the shelf. Someone stood between me and the product. Great products, great brand, but the salesperson in that store failed Lacoste quality control. What a shame. I'll have to go to Frankfurt.
