We had a very specific problem and were looking for a suitable kite pump. The adapter simply didn't fit our sunshade. We received some very creative help. The right adapter was quickly glued into a pump hose, and the hand pump with pressure gauge works perfectly. It works! Fantastic! Thank you so much, dear team. Gabriele

Responsive and friendly customer treatment. The kite arrived in mint conditions. Buying to Switzerland went smooth too: Bought VAT-free from DE, payed the CH import tax online via Swisspost.

Simply top-notch... I've bought quite a few kites and bars from Kite-Elements now, and the products have always been in perfect condition at comparatively low prices. More importantly, their service was flawless when, for example, a hose on my 13m Boost 4 developed a leak at the strut, and the damage was handled quickly and easily under warranty. And when I recently ordered a used (5-star condition) 7.5m hybrid kite, and it was apparently out of stock, they simply sourced a new kite from Flysurfer and delivered it instead... AMAZING!!!

Fantastic service! After an error on my part or with the payment provider caused a problem with my online order, a friendly employee – Eike – contacted me by phone just a few minutes later and resolved the issue. And that was at 7 pm! It couldn't be better! As a bonus, he even gave me a brief chat about another product.

Great shop for flysurfer used products. I bought a trip split board, came in a "like new" condition as they described it. Thank you Kite elements
