We bought two e-bikes from Fahrrad Claus. Mr. Claus provided us with extremely competent and comprehensive advice and patiently answered all our questions. The bicycle workshop also made an excellent impression during a previous visit when they repaired an older bicycle (not purchased from Fahrrad Claus). That's how it should be!

We first became aware of Fahrrad-Claus almost seven years ago. We were looking for a multifunctional bike for touring, transporting children and luggage, and discovered online that Fahrrad Claus also had a large selection and expertise, especially when it came to specialty bikes. Even though the shop isn't exactly "around the corner," it was well worth the trip for advice and purchase. Even after seven years, we're convinced that, thanks to Ms. Schwarz's advice, we found the perfect bike back then, and it's still perfect for us today. The bike has also given us wonderful travel and scenic experiences, even as far as Switzerland and Norway. We'll definitely be back in Trebur for future purchases. We also really enjoyed the great video evening we recently had. It was clear that their enthusiasm for cycling encompasses all aspects of cycling mobility, not just the bike itself, the shop's opening hours, and the sales process. From the Odenwald, we wish them "keep up the good work" and look forward to visiting again soon.

Wow. Dealing with Oliver and his team has been a dream. I imported a R&M Load60 HS from them earlier this year. Oliver was very patient with me and my questions concerning the unclear importation process in Belgium. Also very helpful and clear when picking up the bike and available for information and questions afterwards as well. Very happy!

I recently purchased the Scorpion FS 26 therapy tricycle from Fahrrad Claus by HP Velotechnik. I owe my decision to do so primarily to the expert advice of Ms. Monika Schwarz of Fahrrad Claus. I was already enthusiastic about this tricycle at the specialty racing bike trade fair in Lauchringen in the spring. She carefully examined my physical limitations and professionally incorporated these into the selection of the Scorpion FS. Her friendly yet extremely professional manner immediately won me over. I have been exceptionally satisfied with all subsequent contacts – whether questions about equipment, accessories, or technical issues. Despite a good two-hour commute, I purchased the bike there without hesitation and plan to have my future repairs carried out exclusively at Fahrrad Claus. The result is a true highlight for me: After twenty years, I experienced my first extraordinary mountain tour with this tricycle. I feel like I can climb anywhere now—pure joy on every tour! Purchasing our Muli cargo bike from Mr. Claus was a thoroughly positive experience from start to finish. His friendly and approachable manner impressed us right from our first contact. He took plenty of time, answered our questions thoroughly and clearly, and explained the various options to us. The test ride was particularly enjoyable, allowing us to try everything out at our leisure. Delivery was also seamless: the bike arrived perfectly prepared, and Mr. Claus patiently demonstrated all its functions. Oliver Claus and Fahrrad Claus have just saved my cycling tour in the Mosel River. I brought my trike with me from Iowa to Frankfurt Germany to lead a cycling tour. My trike was boxed and sent as luggage on my flight. Once I arrived in Frankfurt, as I was clearing customs, I spotted my boxed trike sitting across from customs. It looked like it had been through a war. I gathered my belongings and I headed out. It wasn’t till later when I reached my hotel that I noted the damage. The wheels were misaligned and wouldn’t roll and the disc brakes were a warped mess. I knew I was in trouble. I had worked with another bike shop in the Frankfurt area and I asked them to look at my trike and make a recommendation. They saw it was beyond them because of the fact that they didn’t handle the brand. But they didn’t hesitate to send me IMMEDIATELY to Fahrrad Claus and Oliver. I took the trike there and within 24 hours, Olli and his team had diagnosed the damage, obtained the repair parts necessary and finished the repair. I picked the trike up 27 hours after dropping it off. The axles had been bent, the wheels were bent and the useless disc brake rotors replaced. It was unbelievable!!! Back home, I couldn’t have gotten the trike into my shop in 24 hours!!! This was a miracle!!! Olli Claus and his team were fantastic. If you ever have a trike that needs work, especially if an emergency, take the trike to Fahrrad Claus! They will do you right! Thanks Olli! I’ll be brining my trike to you whenever I need work done on it in Germany! You’re the best!!

We took our bikes to R&M for inspection and were completely satisfied with the service. We would especially like to emphasize Ms. Schwarz's friendliness and expertise. She took the time to customize the grips and handlebars of my wife's bike. The result is perfect, and the ride comfort has improved significantly. Thank you so much! During shipping to Germany my bicycle suffered damage to Twist Shifter Cable Stoppers (broken). I searched Rohloff's website for dealer locations in the Frankfurt, Germany area. I emailed one who referred me to Fahrrad Claus. I made an appointment for the following day. In the meantime a few other issues happened and would be added to the "NEED TO BE ADDRESSED LIST." A couple of hours later my bike was rolled out. I expected it would be given to me, but it didn't happen. The mechanic took it out for a test ride. The mechanic took it for a spin four times before giving the bike to me. Everything worked perfectly. Likely, better than it has ever been. The care and attention to detail impressed me. Days later and it's still rolling along better than ever. I am disappointed it doesn't go uphill any better though. Thank you for getting me in on short notice and the craftsmanship.
