100% recommendation. Advice, scheduling service appointments, pick-up service, buying accessories… Everything on my e-bike (Carver) is done here, and everything is simply perfect. I wish I had gone to Mr. Meffert much sooner for all my cycling needs. My next e-bike will definitely be bought there too. The prices are very fair, the work is impeccable, and they clearly have a passion for bikes. Whether you need a new bike or service: look no further, go to FM!

We took our Haibike DH full-suspension bike with Avid/SRAM brakes in for a long overdue brake service/fluid change. The pads, which we initially suspected, weren't worn out; only the fluid change was long overdue. The levers were only engaging at their limit, which can be truly dangerous in extreme situations. Now everything is working perfectly again. The fluid was professionally changed. DOT 5.1 for Avid/SRAM isn't the easiest to service and needs more frequent maintenance due to its hygroscopic nature. But no matter, it's our lifeline on the road and trails! 😜 They even tightened the headset bolts while they were at it. We received a friendly welcome after scheduling an appointment by phone. The service was carried out expertly, and we even included a little bonus. We promise to do better next time and look forward to seeing you again. Cheers! 👋😃

Fantastic service! I had a flat tire and they spared no time or effort to help me on a Friday evening!!! Then they helped me with my puncture repair kit for a competition the following week: I couldn't have asked for better help! Huge praise to the team! Highly recommended!

I had problems with my freewheel today and couldn't continue my journey. I received such a warm welcome, my bike was repaired immediately, and I was even offered a coffee. Such a fantastic crew – incredibly attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this bike shop! Thank you so much again!

Excellent service! I brought my bike in for repair and was completely satisfied. The staff were friendly, competent, and took care of my problem immediately. The repair was done quickly and professionally – my bike is running like new again! The price was absolutely fair. You can tell they work with passion. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back!

Our multi-day cycling trip back home started from Nierstein on Saturday. At just 5 minutes in, it happened: a technical error, foot caught in the front wheel, and we flipped over. Our tour seemed over after just a few minutes; the front wheel was wobbling in a figure-eight pattern. We immediately grabbed our phones, Googled it, found FM Bike Service, made a call, and took the ferry to the other side of the Rhine, to Trebur. What we experienced there still gives me goosebumps days later. From the initial treatment of our scrapes and grazes to providing water and a complete check-up of our gravel bike, they quickly fixed the wheel wobble, checked the gears, fork, and everything else, and adjusted it correctly. After 45 minutes, we were back on our bikes and easily completed our first leg, over 80 km away. A heartfelt thank you again for the fantastic support! 100% recommended. What can I say? Simply such a great shop with such great service. You always get help here, and at a more than fair price. Still the best bike shop I know. Every problem is solved as if it weren't a problem. You can get advice and even phone help at any time. Service is paramount here.

Very friendly advice and service for all things bicycle-related. The price/performance ratio is absolutely fair. Anyone who doesn't go there for a new bike or repairs is missing out! 😁 The owner immediately spots any defects on the bike that need fixing. A well-deserved 5-star rating!
