I recently bought a bicycle here and I'm very happy with it. The advice I received was friendly, competent, and not at all pushy. They took the time to answer my questions and show me different models. I especially appreciated being able to test ride the bike before buying it. This way, I could be sure it was the right fit for me. The service was also excellent – everything was explained clearly, and the bike was perfectly adjusted. The price-performance ratio is also great. I would definitely recommend this shop and will gladly return.

Bad service, my bike broke again three days later. The brakes weren't repaired properly, the handlebars were incorrectly adjusted, and I waited two weeks, paying €90 for nothing.

I was in Eschbach yesterday without an appointment. Mr. Becker readily accepted my bike and got it running again relatively quickly. I will continue to support the small businesses in the region.

Anyone who has to hire a lawyer to get rid of their countless negative reviews through cease-and-desist letters simply doesn't deserve a place in the market. Average rating of the seller BEFORE the removal campaign: 2.6 Everyone can form their own opinion.

Excellent consulting expertise and my complete trust after various inspections and the conversion of my Centurion Cross full-suspension bike into a trekking bike. They also serviced my Cube trail bike, which I had purchased elsewhere, without any problems! This is a true expert who combines quality-oriented product policy, purchasing, consulting, and workshop services all under one roof. It's worth waiting a little while while other customers are being advised, listening intently, and learning something along the way. I'll gladly return. Hoping for an affordable e-bike offer soon...

I've rarely experienced anything like this. Yesterday (August 17, 2020) was my first visit to the shop. Why was I there? Two things: - Repair request (brake system) - To buy a Dunlop valve. There were three people at the entrance. I could see that an older gentleman was in a consultation. I wanted to walk past them, assuming that perhaps someone inside could help me with my issues. Before I could go past, the older man asked me snidely, "Hello, where are you going?" I hesitated for a moment, considering how to reply. If I had given in to my emotions, my answer would certainly have been different. Well, after a brief pause, I replied that I would like to enter the shop. The older gentleman immediately introduced himself as the owner. His exact words, delivered with an arrogant undertone, were, "I'm the boss here!" After a brief moment of reflection, I apologized again and offered to wait. The owner continued his conversation in the shop. Afterward, I briefly replayed the moment in my mind. I abandoned my plan and tried my luck at Denfeld in Bad Homburg today. I can't say much about the owner's knowledge or competence, or the products offered, in my review. Thanks to the extremely unfriendly introduction, my intended purpose was thwarted. I am quite patient and have a thick skin. However, I found the behavior and manner extremely poor. Mr. Becker, I don't know how long you've been operating in Eschbach, but you won't gain any new customers with this approach. I recommend an advanced seminar on "Customer Relations and Demeanor." Only then can it work. Best of luck and regards, An unsatisfied potential ex-customer. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Addendum from today, December 7, 2021: I received an email from Google today. It states that the owner is attempting to have my review deleted through a person named X. Allegedly, my profile is fake. Hello Mr. Becker, my profile is definitely not fake. You even tried to contact me personally via Facebook (unfortunately, I rarely use that account). Of course, no business relationship was established, as your behavior led me to abandon my plan. I'd be happy to explain the purpose of a review. It's meant to help others get an impression of their experience with retailer or provider XY. That's precisely what my review conveyed. I haven't violated your rights or any other personal rights. Please consider this constructive criticism and simply try to present yourself differently to your potential customers in the future. Hello Mr. Becker, my profile is definitely not fake. Here's a short excerpt from the email: There is no business relationship with the following Google users: B* M* Erdogan Kahveci B***** M*** J* C* m**** g***** M** M********* These are likely fake names. In this context, pursuant to the ruling of October 25, 2011 – VI ZR 93/10 (Federal Court of Justice), I request that you investigate this violation and, if necessary, contact the reviewers and delete the reviews from the aforementioned reviewers unless the reviewers can prove otherwise.

First of all: I'm not a family member and I have great respect for the fact that Mr. Becker runs his bike shop largely on his own. I therefore anticipate a certain amount of processing time or pressure and remind myself: let he who is without sin cast the first stone. We understood each other, and I overlook any perceived "quirks" as long as the job is completed fully and reliably. And it was. I went to Mr. Becker to have my Ghost Cross bike serviced. We arranged a pickup appointment for a week later – which was reliably kept. Among other things, the brakes were tightened, cleaning was carried out, and the chain and sprockets were replaced. The price-performance ratio was also good and, in my opinion, slightly below average. I've now ridden almost 200 km and everything is working perfectly. I'll gladly come back.

During a multi-day tour, I stopped by Fahrrad Becker on a Saturday just before closing time and without an appointment with problems with my disc brakes. I received prompt and unproblematic help, allowing me to continue my tour right away. All in all, friendly, helpful, and competent. Thank you very much!

Competent and friendly advice. A bike shop with heart, where the customer matters and there's no mass processing. That's what I call quality service. I'll gladly come back anytime!

Expert advice. I needed a new helmet and found one quickly. My family has bought their bicycles there and they have always been satisfied with the advice and service.
