The worst service I've ever experienced. Repair request rejected because of the wrong brand. It's a shame there are no negative stars.

For me, Taunus Bike is a pharmacy that only deals with clean bikes that have no or only minimal defects – meaning they're only used on paved roads in the summer. My bike was supposed to cost around €1,000, but Dehnfeld did it within three days for about €500, including a basic cleaning. They also replaced parts that were still fine at Dehnfeld. So think twice!

Excellent service: the repair was carried out quickly and at a reasonable price. Friendly advice was an added bonus. Would gladly use their services again.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be a given that a bike purchased online will be serviced at the local bike shop. I also can't understand when I hear stories about waiting times of 3-4 weeks for minor repairs. But fortunately, there are exceptions. At Taunus Bikes in Wehrheim, I received very quick, prompt, and uncomplicated assistance. The bike has been braking perfectly again ever since. Thank you for the commendable service. A fantastic shop that we can recommend without reservation. We have four people living in our household, and we bring all our bikes to Taunus Bikes. Despite the reduced opening hours, we've never had to wait excessively long for our bikes. Minor repairs have even been completed very quickly. Questions are answered calmly, and they take their time. We feel like our bikes are in very good hands at Taunus Bikes. Top service at Taunus Bikes. Thank you so much.

Small but excellent! I received very competent advice today from a very nice gentleman who clearly knows his craft… Definitely a top recommendation! You feel well taken care of here… Picked up my bikes from their service today…all the work was carried out to my complete satisfaction…great value for money!!! Great service…Thank you!

Top shop! As a customer, you feel well taken care of and even better looked after. Thomas (the owner) has helped me twice now without making long appointments or filling out any online forms. I can and will always recommend the shop. Plus, he has some really nice bikes in the shop that will soon be changing hands 😉

The owner really knows his stuff and has really gone above and beyond to help me with a problem I had. Subsequently I have gone back a few times for advise, parts, cleaning- and maintenance materials. What he doesn't have on stock can be ordered quickly. I have left all the major bike shops in the area behind and will just come here. Super friendly, very experienced, great advice, great local knowledge!
