Three years ago, I bought a Cube bike from a different dealer, assuming it was a genuine Cube and, well, you can take a Cube to any Cube store. I was wrong. They only accept their own bikes. It's a shame. I understand that sometimes, due to moving or similar reasons, it's not normal for a bike not to have been purchased from a specific dealer... But that pretty much eliminates the Cube brand and the advantage of having a local workshop/dealer. There's no reason to buy this brand anymore. At least I was turned away politely.

5 stars for Ms. Muna Muhumed. We were actually planning to buy an e-bike from a competitor today. We ended up at the Cube Store next door by chance. Ms. Muhumed took a great deal of time for us and answered all our questions expertly. Thanks to her excellent advice, we bought the bike right there and then. Thank you so much! On February 9, 2026, I test-rode the Stereo SLX EVO and TM bikes I had ordered with Mr. Michael Stille and decided on the EVO. I picked it up on February 12, 2026, and all the agreed-upon accessories, as well as a fully charged battery (100%), were there. Afterward, I went to the workshop staff to learn more about the Shimano Di2 electronic shifting app. The support regarding setup and connecting to the bike was excellent; thank you again for that. So, I'm more than satisfied with the store in Weiterstadt and can only say keep up the good work.

I called yesterday to arrange a callback from Agree. I received a very friendly welcome on the phone! I dropped off my bike today. Even though I didn't buy my bike there (it wasn't available at Multicycle, unfortunately), everyone was very nice and friendly! I felt comfortable there and would gladly come back.

Hello dear Cube Store Darmstadt team, I picked up my new e-bike yesterday and I'm extremely happy with it. The entire team was very friendly and helpful. The test ride and initial consultation were good. I paid a deposit for the mountain bike and wanted to arrange a pickup date later by phone, but unfortunately, this wasn't possible because no one was available. With a lot of anger in my stomach, I drove to the Cube store in Weiterstadt (a 60 km drive). After a really friendly welcome, the whole thing was resolved. As is the case everywhere, no employees were to be found! The handover was handled very well. However, a solution to the unavailability by phone should be found as soon as possible!

A nice shop with nice bikes. However I ordered a bike in Spring for Summer, and was told it would be delivered in 4 weeks. 10 weeks later, after chasing, I was finally called and told that the bike was not in stock. After passing up on 2 other really good opportunities, I am now back at square one, which is disappointing.

Very bad interaction with the Service team. If you plan on making an appointment for the service/inspection keep in mind next available slot would be in 4 months.

Thank you for your honest words. We'd like to explain the circumstances which result in long queue times (and hope you'll understand afterwards why the next free appointment lies 4 months in the future). Our team is working hard and nearly all day long to repair and inspect bikes. But sometimes - just like now - there're more bikes to inspect than time to do so. The only fair way to deal with this "problem" is to make appointments and have a waiting list in chronological order. We'd like to help all of our customers instantly but that's not possible at the moment so we hope you're understanding the current situation.
