I came to Radlerbox on the recommendation of another bike shop, which couldn't help me with my specific problem. Unfortunately, they couldn't help me directly here either, but the owner was very kind and lent me tools free of charge, even though I was a stranger. He also gave me explanations and tips on how to proceed. Thanks again for your help and your trust!

I didn't actually want to write anything and just give one star, but after your comment yesterday, I feel compelled to respond. So much for the special price. 80 euros is not a special price for a repair, and the bit about the assembly and inspection is completely untrue. It's downright outrageous to charge 80 euros and then another 25 euros when the tire is still flat after the repair and the bike hasn't even been used. And it's outrageous to address customers informally and call them liars and unfriendly when you yourself are aggressive and unfriendly. Your sarcastic comments aren't helping the bad reviews. So please stop. You're simply unfriendly, unprofessional, aggressive, and unable to take criticism. Goodbye.

I needed to get my bike repaired at short notice due to several issues and, after thorough research, decided on RadlerBox. My decision was well worth it: my bike was repaired in no time at all for a very fair price. The pricing was transparent. Besides the impeccable workmanship, the customer service was also excellent. I certainly hope my bike doesn't break down again – but if it does, I'll be able to take it here again with complete peace of mind. Highly recommended!

“Really drive all the way to Weiterstadt just to get my bike repaired?” I wondered when I received a phone recommendation for a Prophete e-bike repair shop. But right from our first conversation, I had a good feeling about Harald Kordis, the owner and manager of Radlerbox. My visit to have my bike inspected completely convinced me: This man loves bicycles and other two-wheelers with all his heart! He treats your e-bike, etc., as if it were his own! Accordingly, I was more than satisfied with both the thoroughness and the reliable execution of all the work we had discussed in detail beforehand. Harald is such a friendly and loyal guy that from the very first moment, you get the impression that you've either known each other forever or that you've just made a new friend. In a big city, given the current supply shortages, I probably would have had to wait several weeks for my e-bike, but Harald does the impossible and even gets you parts that are otherwise unavailable. Finally, I also received many valuable tips on adjusting the seatpost and saddle, and the lighting system was an added bonus, free of charge. The trip to Weiterstadt was definitely worthwhile in every respect!
