I took my bike to VROOM Repair for service on May 21st and had it returned quickly (on May 24th). The specified times were always met and adjusted accordingly for traffic-related delays. Initially, I was satisfied with the service, which included an inspection, cleaning, replacement of my pedals, and additional service on my brakes (new pads and cleaning of the brake disc). When I used my bike again a few days after receiving it back, I discovered the following defects: It hadn't been properly cleaned in some places (oil residue, etc.), the brakes were dragging and squeaking, and there was still a clicking noise from my pedals that should have been repaired. I paid almost €300 for everything and actually expected to receive good, decent service. So far, my complaint request hasn't been processed; they've had it for 8 days now. If this is improved, it will improve my rating. At the moment, I am so dissatisfied that I will neither use VROOM Repair again nor recommend it to anyone.

You only find out at the appointment that unfortunately no cargo bikes can be taken along.

The pick-up and drop-off times for the bike were completely unreliable. Since I had the day off, this wasn't a problem on the first day. What was supposed to be between 8 and 9 a.m. turned into 1 p.m. When I returned it, the expected drop-off time between 1 and 2 p.m. turned into 2:55 p.m. At least the bike was delivered home. When I vented my anger by telling the driver that they should rethink their system, he became rude. The bike wasn't properly cleaned despite having requested and paid for it.
