Went to a lot of bike shops when I first came to the city and I decided to buy at All Mountains. Alex and the team provide excellent customer service and their expertise makes shopping and service easy. Simply put this shop and its people are outstanding.

This shop speaks English in case you are concerned and they were quickly able to repair the flat tires on my Tinker. I got a great deal on a helmet and while they didn't have the kind of seat I was hoping for the recommendation on larger pedals made a positive difference. Good size inventory and repair shop.

I would highly recommend to go there. Needed spokes and they were to only bikeshop which had them on stock. They changed my tires for a reasonable price too.

Alex is excellent. Best mountain bike shop in Wiesbaden. They know their stuff and will make sure you are satisfied. I went in for a new wheel and instead they serviced my old one on the spot and made it new. Wasn't expecting that, but they go above and beyond. If they don't have it in stock on the floor, they will get it to you quickly. 2 year update: Still the best and friendliest. 3 year update: Still the best and friendliest. Their workshop has the latest tools and they are experts in e-bike diagnostics.

I had wheel bearings that I thought needed replacement so I stopped by with the bike and Alex and Daniel were able to adjust the preload in less than five minutes and I was on my way! They also accommodate my poor/lack of German language skills very well!

I brought my road bike in for a much overdue tune-up. These guys are great! Very fast! Very efficient! The whole experience was even better when I showed up and payed less than I was quoted (because a part on my bike didn't need to be replaced). So, very honest! Did I mention friendly! Thanks All Mountains! I now have a new favorite for all my maintenance needs.

Very friendly, very supportive and very efficient. We arrived in the middle of our trip with a problem with the tires of our bike. It was simple, okay, but they understood our problem and decided to do it immediately.
