Huge selection of bicycles and other gear well laid out and ample parking space in front. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly nothing is too much of a problem for them well located and the prices are very competitive.

Go to this shop. This is the best. I am a mechanical engineer and bike mechanic. I needed help with my tour bike. They were very busy and had a back log of work orders as the locals trust them. They did me a big favor and quickly took a look at my bike and diagnosed the issue. They prepared the parts I needed and I was able to repair my bike. They understood I was only in town that morning and they took excellent care of me. If I lived here I would purchase 100% of my bike needs. The mechanics were amazing and knowledgeable. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for understanding my situation and getting me back on the road. #gremleybehindbars

The mechanics in the back of the house are THE BEST. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I trust the work of these professionals over any other shop in Wiesbaden!

bought a bike this past weekend. My German isn't very good, but Aaron speaks english... man was he helpful!! aaron explained the different styles of bikes, the mechanics, and sized me up for a bike based on how and where i plan to ride. if you need a bike and want great customer service, visit Aaron...and don't forget your VAT form!!

Great customer service! Bought my bike here in December and returned to have my front headlight replaced. They assisted me, had a replacement in store, and replaced it while I waited. Awesome place to shop for a bike!

The first day when I went to checkout the Bicycle. Benjamin helped me out in choosing the right one. He was very knowledgeable and very polite in explaining the features of the bike, how good the brand is etc. Needless to say he was very pro active in dealing my questions and completing the process in general. On the day of Bike pick up Tim and Benjamin both helped me out to finish the final steps. Thank you again Benjamin and Tim.

Brought my bike with worn out screws to secure my brakes. Tried everything to remove them to get my brake pads exchanged but no chance. The workshop at BOC Mainzer Str. Wiesbaden admitted it wouldn't be easy but they'd try whatever it takes to get the screws out - and they did it !!! Super friendly, quick and no waiting time. Plus good advice on how how to take care of some parts on my bike. Super happy to have my bike back with safe brakes. Thanks a lot BOC repair shop team !!! :)

Great service and selection! Oliver Scheliga helped us find the perfect e-bike for a great price, and took the time to make sure we knew everything we needed to know. Great staff and wonderful service, plus they speak very good English (thankfully because we are still learning German). Highly recommend Oliver and this shop!
