The delivery time for the new rim took a while, but the wait was totally worth it! 💪 Great work, super friendly team, and my bike now runs like new again. I'll definitely be back if anything happens. Not recommended for bike repairs and modifications: Friendly staff, but unfortunately lacking in competence. Prices are exorbitant (!!!) – they charged a lot for a small repair two weeks ago, and the result was disappointing and sloppy (I had to go back to another workshop). Subsequent problems weren't taken seriously. If you have a high-end bike and money to spare, you might enjoy the coffee and carbon frame talk. For reliable (and cheaper) repairs, there are definitely better workshops. A shame.

I brought my small folding e-bike there because I had a flat tire in the back. I was a bit concerned because it's not a high-tech bike. But within a minute, that was all over. They were really nice and helpful. I also knew they didn't exactly have 14-inch wheels in stock. But after two days, everything was fixed. Competent and friendly. I'm always happy to come back.

I found a bike on classifieds here at a good price – the seller was friendly, I was happy. That is, until the bike arrived with a damaged crankset due to inadequate packaging (it was sitting directly on the bottom of the box, completely cutting through it and dragging on the floor). I immediately forwarded photos of the damage, and after a few days, I received a message that I would receive a replacement part. This arrived after two weeks, but unfortunately, it was a cheap part that didn't belong to the rest of the GRX groupset and hadn't been discussed. A chainring would have sufficed (which costs about the same as the cheap crankset), but even after I pointed this out, no further action was taken. I emailed five days ago expressing my dissatisfaction, but received no reply. I could have just ordered the chainring myself within two days at the beginning and at least avoided being stuck with a broken bike for weeks. There's definitely room for improvement in online customer service. It might be different in-store, but then they simply shouldn't offer shipping or online sales.

Very helpful rebuilding my salsa cutthroat derailer and converting my tires to tubeless. Went above and beyond! Sure miss the gravel rides in the Taunus Mountains around Wiesbaden. Thanks again
