City-Bike made this expat a happy boy. I only got to live here in Germany for one year, and City-Bike was the best part of it. They took the time to get me on the right bike for all the great MTB trails around Wiesbaden, and then gave super service and advice to help me max out my riding. Every visit to the shop was fun, and every other customer seemed happy too. They are a fantastic local bike shop, and good guys. I miss them already.

Rainer is always smiling, and you will be too once he takes care of you at City Bike. Walk into this gem of a local bike shop in Wiesbaden, and you’ll see top brands in Road, MTB and Urban, but also notice the customers they draw in: roadies, businessmen, Moms with their kids, and Americans like me thrilled that Rainer is a fluent English speaker happy to share his knowledge, make you comfortable, and get you on the right bike. This shop delivers with a super helpful attitude, with deep technical knowledge, with a no-pressure/no-hassle approach, and yes, with a smile. It makes a difference. It did for me. I bought my new bike there and have complete confidence that they will work with me to fine tune it so I get the best rides.

Brilliant shop with very fun and knowledgable guys. I was on a tour from England to Asia and they were extremely helpful in helping me with a few little issues I had! Highly recommend

I couldn't be happier about my customer experience in this store, they took very good care of my Argon 18 road bike and after a total check-up it runs very smoothly. They are competent, very organized and also super friendly which makes you want to come back. All of them speak great English so it's highly recommended for foreigners too.

About 2 months ago, I purchased my first bike from City Bike. I walked in to the shop clueless about bikes and the different varieties of bikes. After speaking with the gentlemen here, I had an idea of what type of bike I wanted. They did an awesome job when fitting me for the bike of my choice. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the bike itself!

Top quality bike shop in Wiesbaden. Personal, professional, and reliable for all of my riding needs. They provide a great variety of bike brands to choose and the staff always have time to interact with customers for advice and feedback - in English or German. My first choice among a large selection of bikes shops in Wiesbaden.
