Pump is obviously free. But for the chain lube drops I am greatful. Mechanic oiled my chain and took no money

I had a flat tire and did not know the reason. The workers found the deep (poked) hole in less than 2 minutes and offered me good prices for repair. The tube had to be replaced and I could get my bike fully repaired the next day. Extremely friendly and capable personel. They also pointed me other bike-shops for specialized bike accessories.

This was my third time coming to the shop and I was as impressed as the first time. The quality of the work is excellent and at a good price. I feel that the people really strive to keep their customers happy. The bike was worked on quite fast and it now feels much closer to what the bike felt like when I first rode it.
Owner's response
Thank you very much for your rating. We are pleased that you have always been satisfied with our work. We will continue to provide good service in the future.
Your cycling team

I recently had my Cube Cross Pro serviced at "the Radler". I bought my bike in 2017 and unfortunately never really had it serviced, my fault I know. I ride my bike a lot, since covid-19 started mid March I've biked about 2500 km, a good amount. So it needed a major service, turned out it needed; brake pads front and rear, front brake disc, chain, cassette, headset and it had this annoying clicking sound coming from somewhere around the crankset area. In conclusion, Niko (part owner) was very helpful in not only repairing everything that was obviously worn or broken, but went out of his way to find out where the clicking sound was coming from. It wasn't clear exactly where or what was causing it. Long story short, after trying out several things, he finally found the problem. Clicking sound is gone! 2 thumbs up from me to Niko and "the Radler" bike team!

Small repair service in a unique setting (Wiesbaden train station). Quick, competent and friendly service at a very fair price. Persian guy (didn't get his name) was brilliant. Be nice and people will be nice back to you! Highly recommend der Radler bike repair service.

My girlfriend was picking up her bicycle from an inspection where she was greeted by an extremely rude employee and basically berated in front of other customers and employees just because she asked politely for a summary of the evaluation. Other employees excused their colleague's behavior by explaining his Persian ethnicity. We were quite shocked at how poorly we were treated and urge anyone reading this to please take your bikes to more respectful people.
Owner's response
Dear Mr Helmstedter,
we apologize for the inconvenience.
We strive to offer our customers the best service possible. If the behavior of our employee did not correspond to your expectations, we are very sorry.
We hope to welcome you again in the future.
