I bought my hockey shoes from Zambuto a few years ago and I'm still absolutely thrilled with the service! Super friendly, totally attentive, and truly competent. My shoes were sharpened on-site for free, I got the perfect laces, and I felt like I received truly excellent advice. Everything they recommended was fair and sensible. It's rare to experience such honest, friendly, and personal advice. I wanted to leave a review back then, but it just wasn't possible because of my old phone, so I'm doing it now: Absolutely well-deserved 5-star service! I'd love to give them even more stars! My boyfriend and I bought ice skates here and were thrilled with the customer service! We received excellent advice and some helpful tips. They took plenty of time for us and answered all our questions. And the first sharpening of our new skates was on the house! :) I highly recommend buying ice skates here instead of at Decathlon or online. The advice and support during the purchase process are invaluable and unparalleled! :)

I received excellent advice when buying my figure skates. The team was friendly, helpful, and took plenty of time to ensure the skates were a perfect fit. We traveled 70 km to have our ice skates sharpened at Eissport Zambuto, and we weren't disappointed! Mr. Zambuto even came back after closing time to make sure our skates were perfectly sharpened. The story behind our skates is quite unique, as they had been sharpened incorrectly several times before, and we had great difficulty skating in them. Mr. Zambuto, however, has perfected his craft and managed to restore our skates to a condition that exceeded our expectations. His professionalism, dedication, and friendly manner impressed us. We are grateful for the exceptional service we received. Eissport Zambuto has definitely gained a new regular customer! (My wife's skates have never felt so good before.) Thank you!

I recently bought new ice skates for my girlfriend and myself here. Service and advice are truly valued here! Whether you're a pro or a beginner, you're in the right place. Incredibly competent, friendly, and absolutely perfect. They took a lot of time for us and treated us like royalty. Fantastic! I can wholeheartedly recommend the shopping and consultation experience to everyone. What they offer here is exceptional. You receive a friendly welcome at the side entrance of the Henkell ice rink. I had called ahead. From choosing the brand and the right size to selecting the blade guards and the correct lacing – everything is explained and clarified. It was truly fantastic. I'm writing this in such detail because I haven't received such excellent advice in a long time. The first sharpening is free for skates purchased here. For me, buying my Graf ice hockey skates was a real highlight. Thank you 🙏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⛸️

As the saying goes, small things are beautiful! I wanted to order new ice skates online. But I had serious doubts about which skates would be right for me. So I searched Maps for a store that sold shoes from well-known brands and the T-blade system, so I could try them on in person and get some advice. I was a bit skeptical when I arrived. You shouldn't be put off by the showroom, because the salesperson was top-notch both professionally and personally, and he had the most important models in stock, so I could find the right one for my feet. If I hadn't received this great advice, I might have chosen the wrong model and size. Really great!

Fantastic service and amazing assistance! My son needed new hockey skates. We called and they met us at the shop. The care and attention to ensure the skates fit properly was the best I’ve ever seen! We hope the ice rink opens this winter, but for any skate needs please call! Hockey and figure skates were available. They also did the best sharpening. I’m so happy with the service!

While searching (on Google) for a shop in Wiesbaden where I could buy ice skates for my teenage son, I stumbled across Eissport Zambuto. After calling, we were able to come in the same day, and I'm truly impressed. I've never experienced such excellent, friendly, and patient service anywhere else. There's no pressure to buy anything; quite the opposite. Teenagers naturally have very specific ideas about ice skates, and these often don't align with their parents' budget. Mr. Zambuto even pointed out the advantages of a more affordable option to my son, and we easily found a compromise. He now has perfectly fitting skates, which were even sharpened on the spot for free. I believe the price was even lower than (or the same as) what various online retailers offered—including top-notch advice and sharpening. And as a bonus, it saved us the hassle of returning items, which meant ordering several different sizes to choose from, hoping that one would fit. Thank you so much for the excellent service!
